Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 48 Hours before the arrival date/time are without charge.
Thereafter the deposit may be charged.
The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice.
Guest Responsibilities
By confirming your booking, you agree to the following:
- Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number of guests booked.
- No parties, events, gatherings, or functions are permitted.
- Quiet hours apply from 10:00PM to 7:00AM. Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
- No smoking or vaping inside the property.
- No pets allowed.
- Guests are responsible for any damage, breakages, missing items, or excessive cleaning costs incurred during their stay.
- Illegal activities, drug use, or disorderly behaviour are strictly prohibited.
- Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
- The first night's accommodation is charged as a deposit. The remaining balance must be paid at least 2 days prior to arrival.
- Management reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if these rules are breached.
